Phils Water Delivery Terms & Conditions

In booking a water delivery through Phils Water Delivery you are accepting the following terms and conditions;

  • We prefer payment upon delivery and accept cash or invoice. Payment terms for invoice are 5 working days from delivery date.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling of supply can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled delivery.  Cancellations made after this time will incur a $50 administration fee. If no notice of cancellation or rescheduling has been provided and we arrive on site, or are enroute, you will be invoiced in full for the delivery. Most of the time we can reschedule delivery, however in busy periods this may result in your delivery being delayed.

  • Driveways and access ways should be free of any debris, over hanging trees and any other hazards/obstacles which may result in Phils Water Delivery from completing the delivery safely.

  • Any damage to our truck, including recovery costs, caused by over hanging trees, debris or other vegetation over growth will be charged to the customer.

  • Phils Water Delivery shall not be liable for any loss or damage to a Customer’s property. This includes, but is not limited to damage to; driveways, concreted or paved areas, grassed areas.
